SundaySky Named “Cool Vendor” by Gartner

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–SundaySky, the creator of SmartVideo, today announced that it has been included in the list of “Cool Vendors” in the April 15th Cool Vendor for CRM Customer Service and Social, 2013 report by Gartner, Inc. The Cool Vendors in the report provide organizations with new approaches, tools and technologies for delivering satisfying customer service experiences.

According to the Gartner report, customer service executives are looking for a way to differentiate their organization’s products and services through the use of video-based customer service solutions.

SundaySky’s SmartVideo differs from basic video customer service by helping organizations engage consumers with personalized, real-time videos, supporting acquisition, service, growth and loyalty activities.
