In July 2022, we completed an investment transaction for more than $100 million with private equity firm Clearhaven Partners to enter our next phase of growth. As the personalized video pioneers, we leverage the domain expertise of our talented team to educate and enable our customers on the most effective uses of video for customer experience and engagement.
