SundaySky is looking for a high energy and dynamic Success Manager to provide client support and success to the growing mid-market business. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact with clients and internal company cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. The Success Manager will be solely responsible for the operational needs of the client and play a key role in deepening customer relationships and scaling the mid-market business.
In this role, you will need to be comfortable managing 7-10 accounts and have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while paying close attention to detail. This role will support the sales team scale revenue by organizing reporting and insights and identifying areas of growth within accounts. The role requires a unique blend of analytical, creative, and task-oriented skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and thrives in a results-driven environment. To be successful, you must have exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
