We live in a digital-first world, where video is the preferred way to consume content. However, organizations fail to leverage video as a strategic communication medium because it's too costly to create, manage, and scale. Video requires specialized skill-sets, custom assets, lots of time and money to produce, and unfortunately, it comes with a short shelf-life.

SundaySky is leading the video revolution. Our Video Platform unleashes the power of video for every organization by making it easy to produce, distribute and optimize at scale. 

In this role, we seek a sharp, driven, and coachable Sales Director to land and expand mid-market size organizations (<$500M in annual revenue) on this platform.

**This role is NYC preferred, but open to other locations


The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Land mid-market size accounts (especially $100M to $250M in annual revenue)

-Work closely with multiple team members to organize and execute a smart, cadenced prospecting strategy

-Leverage your network to locate & inspire busy executives to make time for you

-Conduct crisp, impactful conversations leading to genuine interest & energy

-Assess and build high trust relationships with an empowered champion

-Provide thoughtful, on-point education - verbally and in written form - that accelerates interest and motivates your champion to act

-Lead a thorough, but concise process to gain commitment & complete a contract

  • Expand footprint within mid-market size accounts

-Help ensure smooth transition from contract close through onboarding

-Post onboarding, find & motivate key stakeholders to invest in / use the platform

-Build multiple relationships with highly satisfied, active users

-Build low to mid 6 figure annual investment levels

  • Be aggressive, but smart with your time (“be quick, but don’t hurry”)
  • Operate independently at a high-volume level while knowing when and how to add team members to a sales cycle
  • Consistently close deals within the timeframe you forecasted
  • Lean into and manage your way through conflict
  • Manufacture outcomes vs. waiting for them to happen


  • Proven track record with examples of why you’re the Ideal Candidate
  • 1 to 2 years of documented performance at or above your assigned quota
  • Desire to join a fast-moving, high IQ, start-up like environment
  • Strong fire in your belly to maximize your potential as a Sales Director
