
Dave Edelman
Dave Edelman is a long-time thought leader in marketing and customer experience, with over 30 years of experience. He’s led strategy and digital marketing practices at BCG, Digitas, and McKinsey, served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Aetna, and now advises enterprise-scale companies and AI startups as an executive advisor and senior fellow at Harvard Business School.
His book, Personalized: Customer Strategy in the Age of AI, was a 2024 business book bestseller. Dave holds a bachelor’s in economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
