Vice President of Customer Success

Steve Gunn serves as Vice President, Customer Success at SundaySky, leading a team that helps customers strategize, build, and measure the value of their personalized video programs. The Customer Success team works with customers across financial services, insurance, healthcare, technology and more, supporting every step of their SundaySky journey.

Steve joined SundaySky in 2019 as a Senior Program Manager, then progressed to Head of Professional Services and Head of Product Operations, before being named Vice President, Customer Success. Prior to SundaySky, Steve’s experience includes leadership roles in information technology and marketing, both in-house and agency-side. He leads the team with deep customer empathy built in the field, along with product perspective grounded in voice of the customer work and technical experience.

Steve holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Miami Business School and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. He lives in Brooklyn, New York, where he was born and raised.
