Ran GellerVice President of Operations & Support
Ran is a seasoned customer support leader with a broad base of experience in the establishment and management of global technical support teams and services. When Ran joined SundaySky in 2014 as Customer Support Director, he was tasked with building the support function from the ground up. Since then, he has led the support organization to excellency, with SundaySky’s support team consistently receiving high customer satisfaction ratings. Today, Ran oversees the company’s support, security, IT, and hosting operations.
Before joining SundaySky, Ran enjoyed a long tenure at Comverse where he served in several leadership roles in customer service. In all these multifaceted roles—which included both technical and customer-facing elements—Ran excelled in building strong customer relationships.
Ran holds a BA in business administration, majoring in finance and capital markets, and an MBA in marketing, both degrees received from Ono Academic College in Israel.
