As Chief Marketing and Merchandising Officer for Swanson Health Products, a leading provider of health and wellness products, Steven is responsible for all aspects of marketing and merchandising for the brand, including the oversight of strategic development and direction. He has more than 20 years of top tier marketing and retail experience working in senior leadership roles at retailers such as Lands’ End, Office Depot, and Victoria’s Secret. His leadership guides a team of 60+ professionals across both marketing and merchandising, including digital marketing, e-commerce, product strategy, consumer insights,¬†forecasting and analytics, catalogue, customer acquisition, public relations, and advertising. He is an experienced marketer with a strong background in both retail and banking. His roles in the retail sector, have provided him with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and the marketing mix. He holds an MBA from The Ohio State University and received his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
