SundaySky is looking for an Office Manager to join our Tel Aviv office. The Office Manager plays a key role in shaping and maintaining our unique company culture.

Things move fast at SundaySky, so we are seeking for someone with a positive “can do” approach and creative problem solving skills.

The ideal candidate has great interpersonal skills and office management experience in a dynamic environment.

Scope of role:

  • Ongoing office management and administrative support, oversee and organize daily office operations
  • Manage the office budget, monitor and purchase the office supply inventory
  • Take part in creating and maintaining a fun and warm office environment
  • Assist with day to day needs of employees and guests
  • Provide support in invoice tracking, expense reporting, and time attendance reports
  • Vendor management and coordination
  • Assisting with organizing business visits
  • Work with HR to organize and execute successful events and happy hours, and support additional HR processes as needed
  • Constantly searching for new and exciting ways to improve our employee experience!
