SundaySky is seeking a Campaign Manager that is experienced in ad operations, has strong project management and collaboration skills and can work successfully within a team as well as independently.

The Campaign Manager effectively manages Personalized Video advertising programs and is responsible for defining, executing, monitoring, tracking and optimizing the programs to reach and exceed client goals. The Campaign Manager is a critical role within the Customer Success Management group. This team member is a liaison between Success Management, Analytics, Delivery and Operations.

Scope of Role

  • Day to day management of SmartVideo advertising campaigns for leading brands in a variety of industries.
  • Set up campaign and validate all components are defined and implemented correctly
  • Assist in development of campaign execution strategy with the Sales and Success Management teams.
  • Manage campaign pacing and implement program-specific rules and constraints (frequency cap, Whitelist, Geo-targeting)
  • ‪Monitor and analyze campaigns for both delivery and performance
  • ‪Work with the Analytics team Proto review internal and client reporting to provide insight/ analysis for program optimization to ensure success metrics are achieved. ‪
  • Proactively troubleshoot and coordinate campaign issues, including errors in serving, 3rd party discrepancies, pacing, and reporting

So, what do I need to get in?

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 - 4 years of digital ad operations experience.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing technologies including 3rd party ad serving, rich media and ad tech (DSP/ DMP) platforms.
  • Digital media activation experience including: display, video, social and mobile campaigns through direct to publisher and programmatic media buys for both brand and direct response initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous with numbers
  • Tech-savvy and easily learns new technology and tools
  • An independent, process oriented, self-starter with initiative and ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
  • Proven ability to operate effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-changing, start-up environment, in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative is paramount to achieving success
  • Passion for learning and creative problem-solving
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
