We are seeking an energetic, self-starter People & Culture Admin that combines People skills with attention to detail & a "get things done" approach. Scope of Role:

  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Be the main point of contact for any office related issues.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease. Including cleaning, catering, and more
  • Provide general support to visitors and employees
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Be the main owner of planning events through out the year like - in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and Happy hours

  • Proven experience as Administration Manager - must
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills - must
  • fun, curious, people-oriented approach to life
  • Proactive, Confident, and effective communicator, verbally and written
  • A team player
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
