Sales Director, Enterprise Accounts

However, organizations fail to leverage video as a strategic communication medium because it's too costly to create, manage, and scale. Video requires specialized skill-sets, custom assets, lots of time and money to produce, and unfortunately, it comes with a short shelf-life.

SundaySky is leading the video revolution. Our Video Platform unleashes the power of video for every organization by making it easy to produce, distribute and optimize at scale. 

In this role, we seek experienced, driven and sharp Sales Directors to land and expand enterprise-size organizations.

**This role can be in any location in the US


The Ideal Candidate will: 

  • Land enterprise size accounts (> $500M Annual Revenue)

-Work closely with team members to organize and execute a smart, cadenced prospecting strategy

-Leverage your network to locate & inspire busy executives to make time for you

-Conduct crisp, impactful conversations leading to genuine interest & energy

-Build high trust relationships with empowered innovators and sponsors

-Provide thoughtful, on-point education - verbally and in written form - that accelerates interest and motivates champions to involve key stakeholders

-Lead a thorough, but concise process to gain commitment & complete a contract

  • Expand footprint within enterprise size accounts

-Map out and navigate multiple departments within the Enterprise (Marketing, Digital, CX, Ops), each expressing interest in a different value proposition

-Continuously ask thoughtful questions that extract critical information

-Leverage your relationships to enable enterprise organizations to adopt and scale their use of SundaySky’s platform

-Build 6 to 7 figure annual investment levels

  • Patient strategist focused more on driving toward the big picture vs. short term wins
  • Consistently close deals within the timeframe you forecasted
  • Operate smoothly & efficiently in a team environment (no lone wolves at SundaySky) 
  • Lean into and manage your way through conflict
  • Manufacture outcomes vs. waiting for them to happen


  • Over 7 years of enterprise experience
  • Over 5 years of experience selling to marketers
  • Over 3 years of documented performance at or above your assigned quota
  • Desire to join a fast-moving, high IQ, start-up like environment
  • Strong fire in your belly to maximize your potential as an enterprise Sales Director
  • Proven track record with examples of why you’re the Ideal Candidate
