We are looking for a high-performing IT Help Desk Technician to provide tier-1 support to our office-based and remote employee population.

***Please note that this job requires attending the office 3 times a week***

SundaySky’s IT Help Desk technician will provide first-level troubleshooting support for a variety of computing support issues while ensuring the highest-level customer service. The ideal candidate is a customer-service-driven, adept communicator, who is technically savvy and can balance day-to-day site operations with enforcing and complying with IT practices and enabling end-users to stay aligned with business needs and policies.

 This position is part of the global IT Team and reports to the IT Support & IT Procurement Manager


  • Provide day-to-day support for end-user hardware and software issues pertaining to multiple devices such as Windows PC and Apple MacBook.
  • Respond, resolve, and document daily Help Desk tickets in our service desk environment.
  • Take ownership of end-user issues and escalate to appropriate internal resources as necessary. 
  • Create, document, and update processes to resolve issues and other helpdesk workflows
  • Manage end-user access as well On-Boarding/Off Boarding individuals.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues .
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications.
  • Provide technical assistance with audio/video and teleconferencing equipment and software platforms.
  • Some on call after-hours work is required


  • Tech-savvy
  • At least 1 years of experience with help desk support
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly master new and complex information technology systems.
  • Excellent understanding of computer hardware, operating system functions, and components
  • Team-oriented attitude with an emphasis on collaboration and fresh idea integration
  • Ability to diagnose IT/system issues and determine course of action
  • Fundamental Windows 10 troubleshooting.
  • Mac OS X troubleshooting.
  • Good operational understanding of common Corporate software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
