Mid Market Account Manager

SundaySky is looking for a high-energy and dynamic Account Manager to manage a territory of MidMarket customers who are using SundaySky’s platform to deliver video experiences across paid and owned media channels. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact with clients and internal company cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. The Success Manager will be solely responsible for the operational needs of the client and play a key role in deepening customer relationships. 

In this role, you will need to be comfortable managing 10+accounts and have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while paying close attention to detail.  This role will support the sales team scale revenue by organizing reporting and insights and identifying areas of growth within accounts, while also identifying opportunities to create and optimize processes and identify product requirements. The role requires a unique blend of analytical, creative, and task-oriented skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and thrives in a results-driven environment. To be successful, you must have exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact between the customer/sales team and campaign management, analytics, and creative teams
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly programs to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Monitor and analyze customer's programs
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams

Requirements


  • 4-5 years of proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Deep Digital Marketing and Advertising understanding
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Extremely comfortable in and energized by an ever-evolving internal and external environment
  • Solution-oriented mindset; always looking to find inefficiency in process, and identify and execute an optimized approach
  • Product driven approach: As we evolve and mature our product offering, ability to teach and ultimately motivate customers to self – serve, while also surfacing market needs/roadblocks to an internal product organization
