SundaySky is looking for a high-energy and dynamic Account Manager to manage a territory of MidMarket customers who are using SundaySky’s platform to deliver video experiences across paid and owned media channels. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact with clients and internal company cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. The Success Manager will be solely responsible for the operational needs of the client and play a key role in deepening customer relationships.
In this role, you will need to be comfortable managing 10+accounts and have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while paying close attention to detail. This role will support the sales team scale revenue by organizing reporting and insights and identifying areas of growth within accounts, while also identifying opportunities to create and optimize processes and identify product requirements. The role requires a unique blend of analytical, creative, and task-oriented skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and thrives in a results-driven environment. To be successful, you must have exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
