SundaySky is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Marketer to join the Marketing team in building awareness and adoption of our Video Experience Platform for businesses looking to transform their digital experiences with video.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Demand Generation Marketer will be responsible for all facets of the company’s demand generation strategy, lead nurturing programs, and digital marketing campaigns. Using inbound marketing tactics such as search, social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and landing page conversion testing—as well as outbound field marketing programs, events, and campaigns—your number one focus is to grow our database of qualified leads and prospects that ultimately translates to opportunities in the pipeline, won deals, new customer acquisition, and company revenues.

You’ll be the expert on how to reach our target market: where to find them and how to influence them. This role will work closely with the Marketing organization and cross-functionally with the Sales team to craft and execute highly effective demand gen programs that target our buyers, generate interest, and drive conversion. The successful candidate is a collaborative partnership with an analytical mindset and a make-it-happen attitude. 



  • Drive key business metrics including campaign conversion, qualified leads (MQLs & SQLs), pipeline conversion, program ROI, and more
  • Use and analyze marketing scorecard data to optimize conversions and make better performance decisions
  • Be the expert on finding and targeting our buyers and buying influencers; bring new inbound and outbound campaign ideas, channels, and tactics based on the target market and buyer persona insights
  • Lead our digital marketing programs (SEO, SEM, social) and manage the execution with external partner agencies 
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to craft and execute field marketing programs based on pipeline goals 
  • Forge strong communication and service-level agreements (SLA) between marketing and sales; enable field sales and BDR teams to effectively execute outbound campaigns (help them help you)



  • 4-5 years of demand/lead gen experience, preferably in B2B 
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of leading demand gen programs at scale that drive key business metrics
  • Critical thinker that is analytically inclined, understands what data means and how to apply it to identify opportunities and solve problems
  • “Roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude with a “test-and-learn” mentality that thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; highly communicative and independent, while being able to enlist the support of others
  • Experience with ABM and/or B2B e-commerce strategies, a plus 
  • Highly proficient with the following tools & technologies: 
  • Marketing automation, such as Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua, etc.
  • CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Google marketing suite: Analytics, Adwords, Search Console, etc.
  • Preference for greater NY, NJ, CT area, but open to remote candidates.
