SundaySky is looking for a high-energy and dynamic Customer Success Manager to provide client support and success to the growing national account business. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact with clients and internal company cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our platform according to customer needs. The Success Manager will be primarily responsible for driving usage and adoption of the SundaySky platform, playing a critical role in deepening customer relationships and delivering customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will need to be comfortable managing up to 10 accounts and have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while paying close attention to detail. This role will support the go-to-market team by driving platform adoption and usage, monitoring client health, promoting account growth and ensuring contract renewals. The role requires a unique blend of analytical, communication, and task-oriented skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and thrive in a results-driven environment. To be successful, you must have exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
