Customer Success Manager

SundaySky is looking for a high-energy and dynamic Customer Success Manager to provide client support and success to the growing national account business. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact with clients and internal company cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our platform according to customer needs. The Success Manager will be primarily responsible for driving usage and adoption of the SundaySky platform, playing a critical role in deepening customer relationships and delivering customer satisfaction.


In this role, you will need to be comfortable managing up to 10 accounts and have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while paying close attention to detail. This role will support the go-to-market team by driving platform adoption and usage, monitoring client health, promoting account growth and ensuring contract renewals. The role requires a unique blend of analytical, communication, and task-oriented skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and thrive in a results-driven environment. To be successful, you must have exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. 


  • Inspire adoption and usage of SundaySky platform for new and existing customers 
  • Be a critical part of the feedback loop between customers and product to drive continuous improvement in the SundaySky platform
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Prepare and communicate regular business updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account health metrics
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis


  • 2 years of proven customer success management or other relevant SAAS experience
  • Experience driving adoption and usage of a SAAS product
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Digital advertising experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of marketing, measurement and analytics, and SAAS
  • Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes
  • Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, and help desk support software
