Director of Pipeline Marketing

Our Pipeline Engine is gaining momentum here at SundaySky! To accelerate our velocity, we are looking to add a Director of Pipeline Marketing to our marketing organization. The selected candidate will play a critical role in bringing our big vision and innovative revenue strategies to life.


The Director of Pipeline Marketing will collaborate with the CMO, and other key stakeholders, to establish the strategy and drive the operations to ensure the right quality and quantity of pipeline. A collaborative partner to sales and marketing leadership, this role will manage and optimize pipeline, improve conversion metrics, and remove barriers for stuck deals.

Demand gen is just one piece of the pipeline puzzle: You will help drive the company’s lead-to-revenue engine including demand generation, BDR program, executive prospecting and employee referral programs, content marketing programs, and nurturing campaigns that translate to opportunities, won deals, new customer acquisition, and predictable revenue growth.


●       Experience: 8+ years of B2B revenue marketing or demand gen experience.

●       Demand Gen: Skilled at driving demand through both digital (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, G2) and non-digital channels (email marketing, webinars, gifting, etc.). Experience managing and optimizing demand agencies.

●       SEO: SEO expertise is a major plus. Leveraging content and organic search techniques to drive incremental demand is a major opportunity for us.

●       Content: Strong writer with a proven ability to create great content that moves the ICP to act; such as webinars, eBooks, blog content, etc. Skilled at working with outside talent to produce great content.

●       Sales Partner: Sales first mindset with experience partnering with sales leadership to ensure revenue plans are on target with the right pipeline quality and quantity.

●       BDR Program: Experience managing and optimizing BDR/SDR programs.

●       Tech Stack: Strong understanding of marketing and revenue operations to help the marketing team fully leverage our tech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, ChiliPiper, and more).

●       Data-Driven: Analytically minded marketer who analyzes data to define patterns and trends to inform decisions and execute more effectively.

●       Program Management: Results-oriented with a proven track record leading programs at scale that drive key business metrics. Experience with Asana is a big plus.

●       Entrepreneurial: Collaborative with a make-it-happen attitude and a "test-and-learn" mentality that thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

●       Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; highly communicative and independent, while being able to enlist the support of others.
